What is the difference between MBSR and just breathing to relax and focus better? Getting to know one's mind helps us recognize our own thought habits, our reactions to trigger-words and other environmental stimuli. Practicing regularly helps us sit with whatever shows up. While we notice what's really going on, inside and outside, we cultivate a non-judgement stance and equanimity. Check out one way to express this perspective from the video.
